So today I decided to walk through this building in Downtown Palm Springs. Dead, dead, deadski. In the rear was this lovely wall fountain that was not working. Dead.
The building looks like it was built within that last ten or fifteen years and is actually quite attractive.
What exactly do city leaders do?
